Dear Members,
As we approach the end of another membership cycle, we want to remind you that your current membership is nearing expiration, unless you've recently joined us in May or June.
You're cordially invited to renew your membership before July 1st, 2024, ensuring your continued access to all the privileges of membership, including access to the members area on this website and voting eligibility at our forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
For the upcoming 2024-2025 term, we offer two membership options:
Full Membership, inclusive of Bowls WA Affiliation, or Recreational Membership, which excludes Bowls WA Affiliation.
We encourage you to review the description of Recreational Membership in our club's constitution before making your selection.
To facilitate your renewal process, please complete the membership renewal form provided below. Ensure your details such as address, phone number, and email are up-to-date.
Membership Options and Fees (inclusive of GST):
Full Membership (includes Bowls WA Affiliation): $250.00
Recreational Membership (excludes Bowls WA Affiliation): $180.00
First Year Membership for New Bowlers: $175.00
Junior Member (Includes Bowls W.A. Affiliation): $45.00

Membership Renewal Form
JOONDALUP BOWLING CLUB ADVANCED MEMBERSHIP PLAN
As we approach the end of the current membership year, the Management Committee invites members to take part in an Advanced Membership Payment Plan where members are able to pay for up to four (4) years of additional membership fees above the initial membership or renewal fee.
Your involvement in the Advanced Membership Payment Plan protects you from increases in membership fees and affiliation fees and will be a valuable contribution to the growth and stability of our club.
The fees for the additional years will be the same as the fees for the initial membership or renewal.
As an example if the 2024/25 membership or renewal fee was $250 the cost involved in taking up the additional four (4) year membership would be $1,000. This would mean that your payment would be $1,250.
However, members may choose to pay membership for an additional one year, two years, three years or four years subject to their own situation.
The current thinking is to limit the participation in the Advanced Membership Payment Plan to the first twenty members but this will be reviewed subject to the level of interest.
Where a member that has taken part in the Advanced Membership Payment Plan leaves the club, a pro rata refund will be provided to the member excluding any affiliation fees that have been paid to Bowls WA.
Where a member that has taken part in the Advanced Membership Payment Plan is no longer able to be a member of the club, a pro rata refund will be provided to the member (or next of kin) excluding any affiliation fees that have been paid to Bowls WA if requested.
Members would be required to complete a multi-year membership form and submit this form with the payment.
